I regularly work with sensitive information (healthcare and legal) and recently moved to a new office space where my monitors face the aisle behind me, with people regularly passing by. I ordered this screen directly from SightPro after seeing many positive reviews from tech publications and other customers, and was so impressed with the product I ordered a second one for my other monitor (which was set up after I had already ordered the first screen). Unfortunately, I hadnt measured correctly and the screen was too small. I contacted customer support and they were extremely responsive and helpful, even asking for my monitors model number to make sure I got the right size. They sent the new screen two days after my initial inquiry (and probably would have sooner if I hadnt been working from home the day before, LOL) and told me I could keep the other one, which Im giving to a colleague.
Since installation, which was a breeze, several coworkers have commented on how effective the screen is, and I appreciate how it reduces the glare as well. I purchased this product but it was the wrong size. There was a note with my package that said I could email for a refund or a free replacement. I emailed them and they shipped me the correct size priority 2 day delivery and included a free gift and sincere thank you for my business letter. Customer Service was excellent and the resolution was perfect. The privacy screen works great on my monitor and I'm super satisfied. It provides privacy and blocks the brightness of my monitor.
It's better than my expectation.
first, it is bigger than my 22in monitor. horizontal size is right vertical size is long. so I cut this film. only then I perpectly satisfied with this film.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size screen filter and reached out to SightPro for an exchange. I heard back almost immediately from Kate in support and she facilitated an exchange for the correct filter size at no cost to me. Very responsive and quick. I would recommend to a friend.
